I was born in Ohio and came to Santa Monica when I was 2 years old. I lived in Venice Beach until the 9th grade when I moved to Pacific Palisades. At 22 I moved to Hermosa Beach, attended church regularly, fell in love with a sweet and beautiful woman whom I was lucky to marry. I was a successful contractor and we bought a house in Manhattan Beach and had 3 beautiful children. I worked residential, commercial and class "A" construction and built "spec" homes. After my last construction injury which left me having to learn to walk again, I decided to hang up the tools and get my real estate license.I also have been attending college and should have a degree in real estate by next year. Some of my credits are in taxation and exchange, property management, R.E. economics, R.E. appraisal, R.E. investment. My uncle has a full service R.E. co. and is a developer. A sucessful RE agent is always learning. For charity work I visit hospitals and institutions and I have become understanding with the plight of the mentally ill. I play blues harp in a band and write songs and poems. I am a member of the MLS and the Board of Realtors. My favorite sport is surfing (I started and age 8) and anything that keeps me active and fit.
