Susan Swanson began her career in 1970 at a local bank where she learned banking and lending proceedures. After a few minths she was promoted to the escrow department. She discovered what an exciting and intricate part of real estate the escrow is. Without an efficient and knowledgeable escrow officer, real estate transactions will not close. After thirteen years in escrow, assisting real estate agents in solving complex problems, Susan decided it was time for a change. She received her real estate brokers license and went into the lending side of real estate. She became a mortgage broker. After some time in mortgage lending, she realized how much she enjoyed working with the buyers and sellers directly. Susan decided to go into home sales. Since Susan is a "People Person" she became an instant success in real estate sales. Not only was she able to help with the marketing of homes, but she was able to advise sellers on difficult escrow issues. She could help buyers with the financing as well. All of her background experience has assisted her and her clients greatly in closing transactions efficiently, with the most amount of money and with the least hassles! Having such a diversified background and an excellent reputation in the South Bay Area, makes her the best choice whern you decide to make a move. Due to her experience and longevity in the real estate industry, Susan teaches a real estate class at Long Beach City College where she enjoys sharing her exoerience and knowleddge wiht new real estate agents and people seeking a career change into realestate sales. Susan is also a Notary Public which allows her clients to sign paperwork in the privacy of their own home.
